An early childhood memory is of our ne'er-do-well neighbors across the street (the Moses) having one of those crawling on their driveway, and the woman hosing it with bug spray.
*LOL* The way Nancy Mose was trying to spray it without getting too close to it, and the younger boy (can't remember his name) hopping up and down squealing 'Mommy, it's moving!!'

Yes, I remember it well. It was one of those enormous, fat tomato worms. You'd have thought it was a rampaging grizzly or something.
